Andrew oversees the day to day running of the business, and has wide experience in dealing with all aspects of the operation.
He has been a partner since 1991 and has been instrumental of the growth of Stanley Travel into a major player in the North.
Andrew has experience in dealing with a broad range of operational and IT related matters. He has over 11 years with the company, and is responsible for all IT applications within the business and bus and taxi licensing matters.
Robert and Ann Scott both founded the organisation in 1961, they are now semi retired from the business. Each of them still contribute their time and expertise on an occasional basis.
Bobby joined Stanley Travel in 2003. Bringing with him extensive experience from the passenger transport industry.
Bobby’s key role is the pre planning and organising of our private hire and contract diary.
Denise gained her experience working for similar organisations in Consett and Newcastle. Since joining Stanley Travel in 1998 Denise has developed the day trip and holiday section of the business into its strong market position.
Ian is responsible for the workshop and fleet of the organisation.
He has considerable experience in DOT and VOSA requirements and legislation. Ian has been a partner since 1991 and under his stewardship has grown an enviable fleet of vehicles over the years.
Gavin joined Stanley Travel in 2009 after four years with Sunderland AFC. He provides both support and assistance to our operations team, and is the client contact for several larger accounts.
Susan handles the purchase and sales ledger of the business. Having previously worked for the insolvency service, Susan has been involved in this role for over 20 years.
Lisa is responsible for the smooth running of our booking facility in Stanley, and supervises a small team of booking clerks.
Lisa has worked within the organisation for seven years.
